You can easily complete the entire leasing process online. Fill out and submit your application, your guarantor’s application, and your roommate preferences form. You can even complete the lease for your new apartment online! We are also available on-site if you wish to visit us to apply in person.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period until the 4th day of the month. Rent is considered late at 12:01am on the 5th day of each
month. That way people know late fees are billed right away. Please note that late fees will start to accrue beginning on the 5th day.

The late fee is $75 and it is not waived.

Personal Liability Insurance coverage of $100,000 is required for each resident. You may contract this policy through your provider of choice, or through our liability policy at $16 a month.

Your lease contract values the rent as a sum due for the entirety of the contract (lease start to lease end date). That total is then split into 12 equal installments over the course of that term. Rent can be paid in one lump sum prior to moving in or can be paid in the 12 equal installments at the beginning of each month of the contract.

An individual lease is a per-bed lease. You sign a lease for a bed in the apartment and share common areas with roommates. This allows you to live with roommates without having to worry about whether they’re going to pay on time!

Parking is available for an additional monthly fee on a space availability basis. Single parking is $65 per month and Shared Tandem spaces are $35 per month per person. To lease a Shared Tandem space the resident must have a Tandem partner identified that has signed a lease with Tandem parking and is willing to share the space.

Internet, Electricity, Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash, and Furniture are included with the $20 monthly Amenity fee. An annual registration fee of $72 is also due.
